Re:Gnomes per second in Vulkan and OpenGL ES on Monday August 10, 2015 @11:55AM (#10035426)
I would like to excuse for my incompetent/ignorant comment in advance, but wouldn't it be fairer to compare Vulkan with OpenGL 4.5 where indirect indexed draw calls are available? I also noticed that this demo avoids interactive animations (moving / reacting objects). In my experience with next-gen apis this results often in command dead-locks and inevitable queue-rollbacks.
You can watch hacker attacks in real-time here:

To be honest, if you ever examined your server logs you know that is nothing to get excited about.

After reading this I wonder why a job in SV is still desired. Treated like a throw away item without any future perspective must be horribly depressing. If someone cannot start a family without loosing her/his livelihood is slavery not a fulfilling live.
A while ago I discovered that all new movies (blockbusters) sounds identical. There seems to be a standard set of effects nowadays that are automatically assigned to specific scene-types. The results are boring in my opinion.

This is pretty impressive. Is the source code available somewhere?
