I asked cluade to get code reviewed by codex. Is it the reason my usage went 80% ? I need to test that
World has given free pass to certain countries or has no guts to question their actions and just close eyes, close ears, close mouth, like Gandhi's 3 monkeys.
Re:London to Calcutta by Bus on Thursday April 30, 2026 @01:34AM (#47958560)
Thank you for sharing. It seems bus is enjoying fully.

Really good tires, battery and passenger butts to endure such a long journey in the bus :)

Re:Claude.ai and API unavailable [fixed] on Wednesday April 29, 2026 @09:24PM (#47956919)
Hoping to get another rest of limits.
You are right about addiction; the instant gratification is on peak with tools like Claude. I use $200 plan and my token usage for last 30 days is 30M , If I do basic math, it will be equivalent to $1500. Assuming companies get 50% discount, still that cost is too much multiplier.

My usage might be outliner here, but 200->400 is an average case.

Re:GitHub Copilot is moving to usage-based billing on Tuesday April 28, 2026 @01:37AM (#47930749)
Anyone paying enterprise billing can you shed some light how on the earth you will be able to fund this bill going forward?

Were you able to see assisted AI coding savings proportional to costs increase now you are going to get?

Companies removed people as AI assisted coding will be cheaper and now coding cost are going up from fixed $X to non-deterministic. The posts by Uber few days back about spending 12 months' worth of money in 4 months tells a lot.

Only path forward seems using Open-source models and many companies don't use Chinese that makes only Mistral one as the option.

It's just matter of time that price become so high that Enterprise cannot afford these tools unless they self-host open models. Only problem is open models are coming from China and not many countries trust that to use inside companies. How will it play?
Before war it was open; During war he says why dont you open; Now he says he will close?
I am in 40s and going to be made redundant this June. In future only people who can afford to keep things like Claude, OpenAI and most importantly create value using them more than what others can do be able to survive. Otherwise, game is more or less over, and I question what's next for my own future while I learn to use Claude in FOMO. I cannot trust Sam or others if they will have any interest to keep this tech affordable for common people like me.

If we do same work via Subscription and API , the subscription is way cheaper. So if we compare them yes they loose money.
Are we now banned from using `claude -p` now?
Nice using Calude to build tool to fool Claude :)

How does it decide which model to use per invocation

What are you suspicious about username?

It's a standard security practice to randomly generate usernames and so my name is like that. Account is 8 years old.

I asked as I was not clear about what Dario meant.

The voting failed with a small number I think 53 / 47
Leaving autonomous weapons aside, how does Anthropic justifies that they signed up with surveillance company Palantir and now raising concerns for same surveillance with DoD?

It doesn't match.

Re:Show HN: Sculptor, the Missing UI for Claude Code on Wednesday October 01, 2025 @12:17AM (#45434182)
Is there any high level "How does it work" document?
Re:Trump's $100k Visa Upends Lives: 'My Dreams Were Shattered' on Wednesday October 01, 2025 @12:01AM (#45434132)
People who are paying $100K are not qualified as per education or job sponsorship standards of H1b. So, they are two different audience.

You can compare the $100K payers with new Trump gold card scheme, many will take it if there is no other condition except money.

Re:Evals in 2025: benchmarks to build models people can use on Sunday September 21, 2025 @10:32PM (#45328580)
I see there are lots of courses being sold for Evals in Maven. Some are as costly as USD 3500. Are they worth it? https://maven.com/parlance-labs/evals

As I was reading that prompt, it looked like large blob of if else case statements
Mistakes are new signal.

If it is too polished, then chances are its AI :)

Re:AI is killing the web. Can anything save it? on Sunday July 20, 2025 @07:52PM (#44630511)
I prefer Reddit communities over SO any day. SO, folks are so high headed, they will bash you with anything that doesn't suit their framework. I am sure with GPTs slowly they will lose traffic.
Re:Claude for Financial Services on Tuesday July 15, 2025 @08:20PM (#44577370)
In the end in few years, it will be whosoever has better AI wins in all fields. Monopoly sort of thing. I finance world maybe they win most of the trades.

Re:Cognition (Devin AI) to Acquire Windsurf on Monday July 14, 2025 @11:39PM (#44567641)
Does it remember context from chat mode and when you switch to agent mode?
Re:Cognition (Devin AI) to Acquire Windsurf on Monday July 14, 2025 @07:56PM (#44566592)
Can you please share your Claude usage workflow?

I use Github copilot and often tend to be frustrated. It messes up old things while making new. I use Claude 4 model in GH CP.

How about getting some kindness and love from pets and feed back to humans.
Re:Meta Poached Apple's Pang with Pay Package over $200M on Thursday July 10, 2025 @09:08PM (#44527451)
You are not alone. The amount of noise in this space is insane and no human can keep up. We need agents to keep us up to date :)
It's surprising that they have power to buy 25-50% of BN stocks anyone day. Huge money power.
I saw video last week in India there was similar experiment done in sun the temperature 45 degrees C and 30 step walk under the tree the temperature 36 degrees C. We need more trees as an easy solution
