Not going to happen, the NYT has been a political rag for years and the blue team is doubling down on the race angle since they were already beat on the economy angle and race is hot button right now. Red team doesn't care because they already have the economy and getting legislation passed angles.

Except that their work isn't dependent on the platform, they can swap nearly instantly between Uber and any other available gig platform since the requirement for all of them is simply to have a car. Pay is the same basic story, when one delivery platform isn't paying enough the attentive drivers simply hop to another platform.

If it's not then it's rediculous, the subject was already providing the material voluntarily so it's not like they were somehow burdened.
