1. Enacting this scheme can get a few extra honest politician into the office.

2. The pressure point is "re-election". You don't have to recall them, you just have to make it known to them that your continuous support requires certain kind of voting.

That doesn't mean we shouldn't try. And this is the most promising campaign yet, so long as it makes a splash it's worth it to me.
