Look at his post history, he only posts about how German Energy policy supposedly doesn’t work, and lies about facts to accomplish that.

Most countries are well over 1% renewables. Where are you talking about?

EX: US 13%, Germany 30%. (Home solar power not necessarily counted in these numbers.)
